What you'll be doing

n

Bring client and partner events to life, supporting delivery from planning through to execution.
n
Coordinate event logistics, stakeholder engagement and onsite event delivery.
n
Support budgets, supplier management and event administration.
n




Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to create exceptional event experiences.
n
Contribute to marketing campaigns, event promotions and brand communications.

What you bring

Experience & Skills

n

n
2+ years' experience in event coordination or event management.
n
Proven experience delivering successful client or partner events.
n
Strong organisation, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences.
