We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Winston Hills team. No optical experience is required – we provide world‐class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
n
Successfully lead teams through change, including the introduction of new and innovative products and technology
n
Drive adoption of recent products by ensuring your team is confident, engaged and customer‐focused
n
Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance
n
Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge
n
Recruit, develop and retain a passionate and capable retail team
n
Create a positive, inclusive and engaging store setting
n

Qualifications

n

n
Sales leader with a proven track record of solid achievements within a KPI structure
n
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and support them through new initiatives
n
Passion for technology, innovation and learning, with a desire to stay ahead of new product launches
n




Proven problem‐solving ability and excellent relationship‐building skills
n
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
n
Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
n
