Responsibilities

Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children, and families.
n
Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentation of learning.
n
Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices, including EYLF and NQS.
n
Champion children's learning and development to support their robust sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence, and connection to the world.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards one.
n
In‐depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‐based learning.
n
Experience leading a room or team.
n
Strong commitment to outstanding education and care for young children.
n
Aligned with the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
n
Current WWCC and First Aid certificates.
n
Ability to provide a certificate confirming completion of the federally mandated "National Child Safety Training" via Geccko, or willingness to obtain it prior to employment.
n
