As Store Manager, you'll have full ownership of your store — leading your team, driving performance and delivering a fashion‐led customer experience every day.

You'll be responsible for:

Maximising sales growth by creating a unique, curves-first customer experience
n
Building genuine customer loyalty through exceptional, personalised service
n
Leading and engaging your team to achieve targets and KPIs
n
Elevating store presentation through impeccable visual merchandising standards
n
Inventory control and managing loss prevention
n




Maintaining a protected store environment in line with health and safety standards
n
Managing and achieving store budgets — including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs
n
