Job Responsibilities:

n

Lead and support a capable admin team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
n
Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping, including reconciliations, invoicing, debt collection, and reporting.
n
Manage equipment sales processing and ensure seamless financial operations.
n
Deliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
n
Partner with the National Finance & Admin Manager and Financial Controller to align strategy and execution.
n
Ensure reception and front-of-house services are professional and welcoming.
n
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
n
Provide timely financial insights and reports to support decision-making.
n
Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
n

About You:

n

n
Proven experience in admin/finance leadership, ideally in capital equipment, automotive,



or similar industries.
n
Solid Excel and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
n
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to influence and inspire.
n
Bookkeeping qualifications (desirable but not essential).
n
A down-to-earth, team-first mindset.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Resilience and adaptability in a quick-paced, hands-on environment.
