We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in NSW. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue to live safely and independently at home. This position offers 5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled every Tuesday from 9:30AM to 11:30AM and every Wednesday from 1:00PM to 3:30PM. The job will include travel reimbursement and company-provided PPE.

Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping

Offer social support and respite care

Transport clients to appointments

Maintain accurate care records

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

National Police Clearance Certificate

Current Australian Driver's Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
