We're seeking an experienced Meat Manager to lead our meat department at our Leongatha location. This full time role offers $75,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on experience) and requires a Qualified Butcher with proven department management experience.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily operations of the meat department to deliver excellent quality and service standards
Achieve sales budgets, gross profits and wage control targets while controlling shrinkage
Complete rostering that meets customer needs while maintaining department budgets
Order stock, maintain correct pricing and ticketing, and handle department invoicing
Conduct monthly stocktakes and maintain HACCP standards
Coach and support team member development in a fast-paced environment
Ensure all cleaning schedules and company policies are maintained
