We're looking for a confident and people‐first Duty Manager – Overnights to help lead the daily rhythm of the hotel. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who thrives in a rapid‐moving workplace, leads with calm energy, and knows how to turn service into something memorable. You'll be the face of the hotel during your shift — supporting teams across Front Office, Food & Beverage and Guest Experience while ensuring every guest interaction feels warm, seamless and distinctly Andaz Gold Coast.

What You'll Do

Lead daily hotel operations across guest‐facing departments
n
Support, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
n
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence and care
n
Maintain operational standards, presentation and safety across the property
n
Work closely with department leaders to ensure smooth communication and service flow
n
Create genuine connections with guests and elevate the everyday guest experience
n
Support VIP arrivals,



special events and high‐occupancy periods

Qualifications

n

n
Previous leadership experience in hotels, hospitality or lifestyle venues
n
A calm, solutions‐focused approach under pressure
n
Solid communication and relationship‐building skills
n
A passion for people, service and creating memorable experiences
n
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel systems is highly regarded
n
Must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
n
