SHIPPING & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT | FASHION & LIFESTYLE INDUSTRY

Who in the Zoo Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established fashion and lifestyle business to recruit a Shipping & Logistics Assistant to join their growing operations team based onsite in Alexandria, Sydney.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience across logistics, imports, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, or supply chain administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being involved across international product movement and operational coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Coordinating international shipments from origin to destination
n
Managing freight bookings and shipment schedules
n
Tracking containers, vessel updates, and delivery timelines
n
Updating shipment trackers and logistics reporting
n
Liaising with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
n
Supporting warehouse and supply chain operations
n




Maintaining shipping documentation and system accuracy
n

What We're Looking For:

Experience within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, imports, or supply chain
n
Strong organisational and coordination skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Strong communication and follow-up ability
n
Experience using Excel and tracking systems
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
n
