We are seeking a hands‐on Data & Reporting Analyst to support a major Salesforce migration program. This role will focus on reviewing and understanding existing reporting assets, including SSRS reports, BI reports, and the underlying data sources used across the reporting setting.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for data and reporting queries, helping the project team understand current report logic, data usage, and reporting dependencies as the organisation transitions into a current Salesforce-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyse existing SSRS, BI, and reporting assets.
n
Understand the data sources, logic, and dependencies behind current reports.
n
Support the Salesforce migration team with reporting and data analysis.
n
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements.
n
Assist with documentation of report structures, data flows, and key reporting logic.
n
Collaborate with the wider project team to ensure reporting requirements are clearly understood.
n

Required Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong experience with SSRS reporting.
n
Experience working with Power BI or broader BI reporting tools.
n
Ability to understand existing reports and trace data usage.
n
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
n
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
n
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a project environment.
n

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous but is not mandatory:

Salesforce reporting or data migration projects.
n
DCP or similar data platforms.
n
Broader data migration or reporting transformation experience.
