Due to additional growth, we are now recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisorto join their established team based in the Toowoomba area. Builds are all in close proximity within housing estates, wholesale builds for Investor & 1st time home owners and no client contact.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent tenure with previous employers, proven ability to manage 20+ individual new home builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.

The Role

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience




Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
Ability to read and work off detailed plans
Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
Liaise and co-ordinate supplies and materials
Ensure on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred
High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
Minimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with a Project Home Builder
QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License
You will be provided with a generous base salary, fully maintained vehicle + fuel + super.
