Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager to join our leadership team. This role works alongside the directors and Practice Manager, with a strong focus on strategic growth, systems improvement, and patient-centred business development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for growth and service expansion.
n
Review and improve clinical and business systems, processes, and KPIs.
n
Drive initiatives in marketing, patient engagement, and referral growth.
n
Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
n
Build and maintain partnerships and qualified networks.
n
Support training, development, and staff engagement programs.
n
Ensure compliance with AHPRA, ADA, and healthcare standards.

About You

n

n
Proven track record in business development and practice growth within the dental industry.
n




Prior experience as a Business Manager or Senior Practice Manager in dentistry.
n
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (e.g. Exact).
n
Results-driven with the ability to deliver measurable improvements.
