Job Description

A healthcare district in Current South Wales is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join their team at Nepean Hospital. In this role, you will provide specialised pharmacy services focused on supportive and palliative care, including medication reviews and dosage adjustments. Ideal candidates will possess a current unrestricted practicing authority from AHPRA and have at least 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
