f you're an experienced Operations Manager who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, this is an chance to step into a role where you can make an immediate impact.

We're looking for someone to oversee the delivery of a government-backed program, leading customer support, compliance and operational performance while ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from enquiry through to completion.

n

This is an initial 6-month contract with a genuine opportunity to transition into a permanent position. An immediate start is available.

What you'll be doing

n

n
Leading the Customer Support and Compliance teams through two Team Leaders.
n
Ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout their journey.
n
Identifying process improvements and streamlining operational processes.
n
Managing the relationship and performance of an external delivery partner.
n
Ensuring the program remains compliant with government requirements and audit standards.
n
Monitoring service levels, operational KPIs and team performance.
n




Resolving complex customer issues and operational escalations.
n
Supporting workforce planning during busy periods.
n

About you

n

You'll be a confident people leader who enjoys improving operations, solving problems and creating effective processes.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

Experience leading operations, customer service or service delivery teams.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support others.
n
Experience working within compliance, quality or regulated environments.
n
Exposure to managing external suppliers or service providers.
n
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
