Are you an organised and commercially minded project skilled who enjoys delivering outcomes? Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our Business Development team on an 8–9 month contract, supporting the growth and development of our national pharmacy network.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the General Manager, Business Development and Growth, this role will coordinate smaller end-to-end projects while supporting larger strategic initiatives aligned to store growth, acquisitions, refits, and operational improvement across the network.

Key Responsibilities

n

Coordinate and deliver smaller end-to-end projects aligned to business development and store growth
n
Support larger projects including acquisitions, refits, and operational initiatives
n
Monitor timelines, budgets, documentation, and key milestones
n
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong governance processes
n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet commercial and operational objectives
n
Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives
n

About You

n





You will bring 2–5 years' experience in a project coordination role within pharmacy, retail, or a similar commercial workplace.

Commercial acumen and the ability to balance time, cost, and quality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
