What you’ll be doing
Engage with established TQL sales teams to identify companies with LTL prospects
Aggressively work potential accounts through the sales cycle – initiating contact, building relationships, qualifying prospects, closing and onboarding
Collaborate with the LTL Pricing Team to develop customized and competitive proposals
Create and deliver presentations to perspective customers highlighting TQL’s value added LTL services




Work with the sales floor to prevent or solve problems with LTL accounts to ensure continued revenue growth
Lead or assist account reviews with customers on performance, forecasts and future opportunities for LTL solutions
Attend meetings and trade shows as needed
Communicate customer and market trends to TQL senior leadership

What you need
1+ year of proven success in a highly metric-driven sales role with LTL business knowledge
Robust phone, and in-person sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work and learn in a quick-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
High energy with an excellent work ethic
Self-directed with the ability to solve problems with minimal oversight
Ability to travel up to 20%
