This course is available for Year 11 students who love the water or thinking about a future in boating or maritime. Students will get the chance to build real-world skills while still completing school.

The Certificate II in Maritime Operations (Coxswain Grade 1 Near Coastal) is an entry-level qualification that introduces students to working on and operating small commercial vessels. They will develop practical skills in a hands‐on marine environment and learn about career prospects in the maritime industry.
