Job Description

5GN Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of AUCyber customers, driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell and service expansion. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will identify prospects and lead commercial negotiations to achieve targets.

You will collaborate with Pre‐Sales, Product and Delivery teams to deliver robust customer outcomes and maintain CRM records while monitoring health and risk, ensuring long‐term customer success and retention.
