Pinnacle Plumbing Group is offering an opportunity for an elite, highly capable Tiler to join our new Tiling Division as a founding member — someone who takes pride in their work, solves problems properly, and operates at a high standard every day. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity. You'll inherit an established, professional client base — not a cold start — with strong current relationships already in place and significant upside as tiling work moves fully in-house. You'll be working within Pinnacle's proven job reporting system — Works Requested, Plumbers Report, Recommendations — the same structured approach already driving results in our Plumbing Division.

Key responsibilities
Wet area tiling to a high standard
Shower base rebuilds — demolition, substrate preparation, waterproofing, and re-tiling to Australian Standard
Shower base replacements — removing old acrylic bases and installing new pre-formed bases, fully waterproofed
Balcony rebuilds — waterproof membrane application and setting/levelling recent tiles
Balcony re-grouting — removing worn grout and applying fresh grout for a clean, refreshed finish
Make confident on-site decisions and solve problems resourcefully
Communicate clearly with clients, trades and office staff
