Day to Day key responsibilities include:

n

Supporting children and families across home and community settings to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes.
n
Conducting functional and standardised assessments in a variety of environments.
n
Delivering tailored therapy programs aligned with each client's individual goals.
n
Completing progress notes, reports, and documentation to skilled and NDIS standards.
n
Collaborating with families, support staff and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Recommending assistive technology, equipment, and environmental modifications where required.
n
Providing education and practical strategies to families, carers and support networks.
n
Managing a versatile mobile caseload across the Gold Coast.
n
