The Role

This part time role supports and works with the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will have an opportunity to grow your skills through a range of qualified services offered to customers. This role is diverse with a core focus on customer service, stock control, planograms and promotions. It is a Part time role ideally suited to an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Pharmacy Assistant.

Key responsilbities:
Enhancing customer loyalty and current customer acquisition through strong customer orientation and the delivery of impeccable service
Assisting in all brand-initiated programs, including promotional activations, health promotions and team training.
Assisting with stock ordering,



receiving and control processes
Commitment to delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care
General stock maintenance, OTC sales and merchandising
Implementation of planograms

Skills & experience:
Previous experience in a Pharmacy setting is essential
Ability to work with a medium sized team
Ability to embrace our exciting and innovative strategic objectives
High competency levels using various computer applications
Assisting with stock control, ordering, catalogues and in store promotions
Ability to maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas
