A leading commercial construction business based in Tingalpa are looking for a supervisor that can lead teams, estimate & liaise with clients on delivery to join their quick-growing team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supervision, project management and estimating, who thrives in a rapid-paced workplace and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing insurance, residential & small commercial projects
Monitor project timelines and quality standards
Conduct site inspections & Estimations as required
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Requirements:
Carpentry Trade Certification - Required
QBCC Builders Licence – Preferred but not essential
Previous experience estimating commercial and residential projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Current Driver’s Licence.
