Construction Auditor – Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast

We are seeking to appoint a Construction Auditor in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. This newly created role will report directly to the Senior Engineer and has the backing of a team of over 260 experts nationally. You will be responsible for completing construction audits and reporting of road, drainage, sewer, and water projects. We are seeking a proactive team member capable of working with contractors to solve issues and ensure construction delivery is in accordance with drawings and authority standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect OH&S; on site to ensure risks and hazards are identified against the Contractor's management plan.
n
Identify construction RFIs on site and coordinate changes with the design team.
n




Interpret and communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner.
n
Undertake site inspections regularly including asset inspections and testing (sewer, water and compliance testing).
n
Use iAuditor to monitor and report on construction progress.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Proven experience performing sewer and water testing and auditing.
n
Demonstrated experience managing projects in all stages of construction delivery.
n
The ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Current MRWA DAS WA1 and SA1 accreditation.
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
