On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Osborne Park office.

The Role

n

This is a hands-on role supporting WA's civil, rail and infrastructure projects. You'll manage the full recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

End-to-end recruitment across a range of roles (primarily blue-collar)
n
Writing and posting job ads
n
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
n
Conducting references, VEVO and police checks
n
Booking and coordinating medicals and functional assessments
n
Managing onboarding and compliance within internal systems
n

About You

n

n
Previous recruitment experience preferred (blue-collar highly regarded but not essential)
n




Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
n
Well organised with robust attention to detail
n
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
n
Team player with a proactive attitude
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
