Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant and timely payroll services across a large and complex workforce. You will work closely with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders while providing guidance on payroll processes, compliance and best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end payroll processing across a large and diverse workforce.
n
Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and employment conditions.
n
Managing payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance activities.
n
Conducting payroll audits, validations and quality assurance checks.
n
Resolving complex payroll enquiries and issues.
n
Supporting system improvements and payroll process optimisation.
n
Maintaining payroll documentation and procedures.
n
Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
n

What You'll Need to Succeed

n
Previous end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.
n
Strong understanding of awards, enterprise agreements and payroll legislation.
n
Experience performing reconciliations, reporting and payroll compliance activities.
n
Strong payroll systems and Excel capability.
n
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
