Key Responsibilities

n

n
Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
n
Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
n
Assist with stock rotation, inventory and reporting low stock or supply needs.




n
Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings and signature cocktails.
n

Requirements

n

n
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
n
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
n
Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
n
Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
n
Must have a valid Victorian RSA
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays asrequired.
n
