Belgravia Leisure Woodford is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer who puts the customer at the centre of everything we do. You will provide information to existing members and visitors and assist prospective members to join the facility.

Key duties include greeting guests, answering enquiries, conducting tours to convert visitors to memberships, processing memberships and data entry, and maintaining knowledge of all centre services. Weekend availability is required.
