Parathe Wali Gali is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook/Chef to join our busy kitchen team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a professional and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu and recipes.
n
Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality.
n
Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
n
Ensure food is prepared and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
n
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and protected kitchen.
n
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
n




Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent dining experience.

What We're Looking For

n

n
Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy hospitality venue.
n
Relevant commercial cookery qualifications are highly regarded.
n
Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
n
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
n
Availability to work adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $56,933.56 - $86,141.18 per year
