We have a fantastic opportunity for two Part Time Practice Nurses (Registered Nurses) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a caring nature, high-level communication skills, attention to detail, and positive availability to work across our clinic hours (Monday to Saturday).

Nursing tasks are diverse and examples include:

n

Triage and management of acutely unwell patients
n
Immunisations of children and adults
n
Wound care
n
Health assessments including workplace medicals
n
Assisting with minor procedures
n
Results notification and patient education
n

n

What you will bring

n

Your experience in health care will enable you to perform a range of clinical duties including; immunisations, wound care management, assisting with minor surgical procedures, maintaining patient records, and effectively managing the recall process.



Experience in General Practice will be viewed favourably.

You will also:

Hold current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Experience and a passion for driving our Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program
n
Adjust to and implement change to benefit patients, staff, and the wider group.
n
Have the ability to work independently, but also be a reliable team player.
n
Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Be self-motivated and possess a high standard of work values.
n
Show enthusiasm and initiative with opportunities for quality improvement.
