About the role:

Deliver personalised and skilled customer service across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

Share expert product knowledge to support customers in finding the perfect beauty solutions.

Assist in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels of the Beauty Hall.
n
Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
n
Build lasting client relationships through follow-up service and loyalty programs (e.g., MYER one).

Collaborate with team members and brand representatives to achieve shared goals.

Stay updated with beauty trends, product training, and brand knowledge.

Ensure compliance with MYER standards, policies, and procedures.
