What you'll do

Support the Centre Director in day-to-day leadership and operations of the service.
n
Lead, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
n
Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
n
Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations.
n
Contribute to curriculum planning, reflective practice and continuous improvement.
n
Step into the Centre Director role when required.

What you'll bring

n

n
A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bee values.
n
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
n
Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card).
n
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Protection legislation.
n
Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within the ECEC industry.
n
A collaborative, positive and supportive leadership style.
