All Souls St Gabriels School is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer (Boarding) to support the day-to-day operations of our boarding community.
Working closely with the Head of Boarding, you'll coordinate student transport, leave management, activities, communications, records and administrative processes that help create a positive boarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate student transport and travel
Manage student leave processes through Orah
Support boarding activities and events
Maintain boarding communications and calendars
Manage records, rosters and data systems
Liaise with students, parents and staff
About You
Robust administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Proficient with digital systems and databases
Qualified, proactive and committed to child safety
Requirements
Current Queensland Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
Current driver's licence
Legal right to work in Australia
Previous administration experience
