About the Role
Supporting the Senior Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across our national workforce.
Process employee lifecycle payroll activities including starters, variations and terminations
Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies




Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations and month-end activities
Support statutory compliance obligations and reporting
Contribute to payroll process improvements and efficiency initiatives

What You’ll Bring
Experience in a high-volume or complex payroll workplace
Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and EBAs
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP or payroll systems highly regarded
