We are looking to appoint a Rental Coordinator at our Rydalmere Branch who will be the primary day to day point of contact for all customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
Reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager, the key responsibilities include:
n
n
Ensuring superior customer service is achieved
n
Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis
n
Completing all pre and post-rental procedures
n
Ensuring the contract paperwork is accurately completed
n
Inspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reports
n
Discussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contract
n
Liaising with the National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactions
n
Performing administration duties as required
n
n
Qualifications
n
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in customer service or administration. Additionally, the position also requires the following:
n
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business
n
High attention to detail
n
Sound computer literacy skills
n
License to drive manual vehicles (C class)
n
Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous
n
n
