Role Overview

We are seeking wait staff who can deliver exceptional customer service with a kind and friendly nature, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

n

n
Serve food and beverages, providing friendly service to maximise guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt International Standards.
n
Understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities to guests.
n
Maintain clean, tidy, and well‐prepared dining areas, including setting tables for new diners.
n
Work a rotating roster; major shifts will be dinner service.
n

Qualifications

Experience in a food & beverage setting of similar standard.
n
Team player, proactive and eager to progress their career.
n
Passion for the hospitality industry.
n
Excellent communication skills and robust work ethic.
n
Good knowledge of wines and other beverages.
n
Well‐presented and skilled appearance.
n
Current NSW RSA Certificate.
