Job Description

PJA is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to lead Melbourne civil projects. This senior, hands-on role balances technical delivery, people leadership and client relationships, reporting to Melbourne Directors. You will mentor engineers and drive delivery across earthworks, roads, drainage and stormwater.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Civil Engineering, a Civil Engineering degree, Chartered status or NER, and robust client-facing skills. Proficiency with Civil 3D and DRAINS is required.
