About the Role

As our Rostering Coordinator, you will:
n

Create and manage daily and ongoing staff rosters.
n
Coordinate shift changes and fill vacancies.
n
Match participants with suitable support workers.
n
Monitor staff availability and leave.
n
Ensure rosters comply with SCHADS Award and NDIS requirements.
n
Liaise with participants, families and staff regarding roster changes.
n
Work closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless service delivery.
n
Assist with administrative tasks during quieter rostering periods.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has rostering or scheduling experience (preferred).
n
Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Thrives in a fast-paced workplace.
n
Communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders.
n
Is solutions-focused and can adapt quickly.
n
Has strong computer skills and attention to detail.
n
Experience in the disability, aged care or community sector is highly regarded.
