The role

You’ll visit residential rental properties to:
Inspect, install and maintain smoke alarms
Inspect and upgrade electrical safety systems
Work with switchboards, circuit breakers, RCDs, RCCBs and RCBOs
Ensure properties meet rental electrical safety standards
Complete compliance documentation
Communicate professionally with property managers, tenants and homeowners

What you need
CurrentElectrical Licence
Positive communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Valuable attention to detail
Current driver's licence
Police check or willingness to obtain one
Newly qualified electricians are welcome
