Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture a pipeline of lending leads, guiding customers throughout their buying journey

Assist customers through the lending process, ensuring positive outcomes and peace of mind

Utilize credit analysis skills to understand customer needs and achieve successful lending results

Develop strong relationships within the community, branch, and with the Branch Manager
n
Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
n
Support community initiatives and promote local growth

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in customer service or sales
n
Knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulations
n




Ability to build rapport quickly and assess customer needs
n
Robust credit analysis skills
n
Understanding of small business offerings
n
Consumer lending experience is essential
n
