Centurion is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator – Nightshift to support our overnight transport operations. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of drivers and fleet movements, maintaining service reliability, and supporting continuity between night and day operations.

The Opportunity
n
You will play a critical role in managing nightshift operations, ensuring all movements are executed efficiently and on schedule. You will work closely with drivers and internal teams to maintain operational flow and provide a seamless handover to the day team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage, coordinate and assist Transport Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of trailers
n
Coordinate the night operations
n
Ensure drivers and trailers depart in a timely manner
n
Provide effective handover to dayshift to ensure operations continue
n
7 nights on, 7 nights off (6pm to 6am)
n
Wednesday to Tuesday roster.
n
n
Skills And Experience
n
n
Previous experience in a similar position (transport and logistics experience is desirable)
n
Knowledge of TMS System's desirable
n
Understanding of and experience with tracking and processing system as well as scheduling and maintain accurate records
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
