Gaming Manager – Matthew Flinders Hotel

We're on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot locals love.

Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home.

Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules.

Share your gaming know‐how and help your team be the best in the business.

Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.

Inherent Requirements

n

This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

n

n
Experience in the gaming room world, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager.
n
Learned from excellent managers and ready to step up.
n
Confidence, pride,



and people skills to be the face of the gaming room.
n
Understanding of compliance and protected gaming inside out.
n
Current RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence as per state requirements.
