What's involved

n

n
Lead a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Parramatta to Penrith
n
Grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care
n
Pest and disease control
n
Ensure all work is completed to a premium standard
n
Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
n
Report on progress, issues, and suggest improvements
n

About You

n

You are trade qualified in horticulture or have solid experience in the industry
n
You have excellent working knowledge of all of the techniques, tools and equipment used in the field
n
You pride yourself on your well‐honed communication skills.

Most importantly you have proven ability to effectively prioritise workflows, impart knowledge to others and be a mature and reliable leader of others
