Join a major digital transformation program supporting the roll-outof a current enterprise finance system. Working alongside an experienced Change Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering change activities that support successful user adoption, business readiness and stakeholder engagement across a large ICT transformation.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst with ERP or finance systems experience who enjoys working across communications, impact assessments, training and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Conduct change impact assessments and support change planning
n
Develop communications, engagement and business readiness activities
n
Prepare stakeholder communications and change collateral
n
Support learning needs analysis and training activitiesAssist with the delivery of adoption and transition activities
n
Identify change risks, resistance and mitigation strategies
n
Work closely with project teams,
business stakeholders and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
n
n
About you
n
n
You'll bring experience supporting digital transformation projects, ideally involving ERP or finance systems.
n
Experience as a Change Analyst or Change Consultant on technology or business transformation programs
n
Experience delivering change for ERP, finance systems or enterprise technology implementations
n
Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Experience undertaking change impact assessments and business readiness activities
n
Experience supporting communications, training and user adoption
n
Excellent analytical, organisational and documentation skills
n
Government or large enterprise experience is highly regarded
n

Highly regarded
n
n
SAP, Oracle Fusion, TechnologyOne or similar FinanceERP implementation experience
n
Finance transformation experience
n
Prosci, Change Management or related certification
n
Experience supporting organisational change within complex settings
