Overview

As Assistant Venue Manager with AVC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the venue — leading from the front to create an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence across all departments.

Responsibilities

Lead day‐to‐day venue operations and manage the front‐of‐house team
n
Ensure consistent, outstanding guest experiences across all departments
n
Conduct stocktakes, investigate stock losses, and order/maintain par levels across beverage, food and venue consumables
n
Train,



performance‐manage, and motivate staff
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
2+ years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
n
Robust experience working in a gaming venue and with TAB
n
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
n
RMLV & Approved Managers License
n
Accommodation management experience or exposure to hotel accommodation operations is highly regarded
n
