Bad Neighbour – Harbour Town

We’re looking for a few new people to join the Bad Neighbour team.

We have multiple roles available and are looking for experienced hospitality people who are confident, reliable and know how to handle a busy service.

BARISTA

We’re looking for an experienced barista who can:
Make consistently outstanding coffee
Confidently handle a busy coffee service
Work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Provide great customer service
Jump in and help the wider team when needed

Previous barista experience is essential for this role.

HOSPITALITY / SANDO ALL-ROUNDER

We’re also looking for someone who loves hospitality and wants to get involved across the shop.

The role includes
Making and assembling our sandos
Food preparation
Taking orders and serving customers
Keeping the kitchen and service areas organised




Helping wherever needed during busy periods

Previous café, kitchen, sandwich bar or general hospitality experience is highly regarded, but you don't need to be a barista.
