About the Role
n
As a Mechanical Fitter you'll be working on a large-scale gas project, responsible for installation, assembly of structural, mechanical and piping components across a heavy industrial setting. This is a hands‐on role suited to tradespeople with strong experience in LNG or oil & gas projects.
n
You'll be working across:
n
n
Install and assemble structural, mechanical, and piping components per engineering drawings and specifications
n
Static/Rotating experience and laser alignment experience
n
Experience in Flange management
n
Experience working with computerized maintenance management system such as SAP
n
Conduct testing (e.g., pressure testing, alignment checks) to ensure system integrity and functionality
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
n
Flange Management
n
Proven experience within LNG, Oil & Gas, or heavy industrial projects
n
Robust background in pipe installation and flange management
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
Experience working on large-scale construction or shutdown projects
n
White Card
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A;
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Flange Management certification
n
Experience with rotating equipment (turbines, compressors etc)
n
Additional high-risk tickets (EWP, Rigging, etc)
n
