Develop Training and Materials for a current IT System

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to design and coordinate a comprehensive capability-building program supporting the transition to a current IT System.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analyses and skills gap assessments in partnership with leaders and subject matter experts.
Develop a comprehensive training plan covering priorities, timelines, delivery methods and success measures.
Design engaging learning materials, practical guides, assessments and supporting resources.
Coordinate training delivery, onboarding activities and capability-building programs for employees.
Establish effective systems for tracking training completion,



workforce readiness and progress reporting to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience leading learning and development, workforce capability or operational training initiatives.
Strong capability in training needs analysis, skills gap assessment and learning program design.
Experience developing high-quality learning materials, assessments and onboarding resources.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
Robust planning, coordination and reporting skills
