Job Description

Amazon Australia is recruiting a Learning Trainer to join the AVV2 Fulfilment Center team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training for recent and existing associates, partnering with the Ambassador team, and maintaining safety standards across the FC.

You will develop, deliver and assess training programs, manage rosters, and coach ambassadors while ensuring audits, change training, and area readiness are met in a rapid-paced setting.
