Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent

We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent (Dual Role) to join our teams across our Narellan, Gregory Hills and Leppington and Campbelltown clinics.

The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:45am-5:15pm.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
Contact centre shifts are rostered at our Campbelltown clinics.

Transparent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.




Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Ability to perform shifts at all clinics as needed.
