Kurbingui Youth and Family Development is seeking a Program Manager - Families to join the Senior Leadership Team in Brisbane. You will oversee multiple programs, ensuring culturally secure service delivery and compliance with funding agreements, while leading and developing frontline staff.

You will manage budgets, drive quality improvements, and foster robust partnerships with government, NGOs, Elders, and communities to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
